Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern the use of the prumo-labs.com website and the Prumo app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. This is a translation; if it differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. The service
Prumo is a scheduling, client records and finances service for self-employed professionals. The professional sets up services and working hours and invites their clients, and both book, reschedule and cancel appointments in the app.
Prumo is under construction. Features may be added, changed or removed, and we will give advance notice of changes that affect people who already have an account.
2. Account
- Professional accounts are only for people aged 18 or over.
- You must provide true information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done with your account. If you suspect misuse, change your password and write to contato@prumo-labs.com.
- Clients invited by a professional also create an account and follow these terms.
3. Data about the professional’s clients
The professional decides which client data to record and why, and is the controller of that data under the LGPD. Prumo acts as the processor and processes that data only to provide the service. By using Prumo, the professional agrees to:
- have a legal basis to process the data they record and inform their clients about it;
- record only the data needed for their work;
- not record sensitive personal data (art. 5, II, LGPD), for which Prumo offers no fields;
- obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian when recording data about children or adolescents;
- answer their clients’ requests about the data they recorded, with Prumo’s help when needed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Prumo for illegal activities, to send unsolicited messages or to violate the rights of others;
- try to access data from other workspaces or bypass the service’s permissions;
- interfere with the service, overload it on purpose or exploit security flaws (flaws you find should be reported to contato@prumo-labs.com);
- resell or provide the service to third parties without authorization.
5. Payments between professional and client
Prumo’s finances feature records charges and payments to help the professional stay organized. Prumo does not process payments, does not receive money on anyone’s behalf and is not a party to the relationship between the professional and their clients, who are responsible to each other for the services provided and the amounts agreed.
6. Price
If Prumo starts charging for use, the conditions will be presented before you sign up for them, and no charge will be made without your agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Prumo’s brand, software and content belong to Prumo. The data you record remains yours, or the professional’s who recorded it. You authorize us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by failures of third parties, such as internet and hosting providers. To the extent permitted by law, Prumo is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, or for decisions made by the professional based on data they recorded. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed to consumers by law.
9. Closing an account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice whenever possible. After closing, data follows what the Privacy Policy says about retention and deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the version in force appears at the top of the page, and relevant changes will be announced in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you may close your account.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any matter related to them will be settled in the courts of the user’s place of residence.
